​雲蛋多士 Cloud Egg Toast


​材 料 Ingredients

雲 蛋 Cloud Egg

· 蛋 Eggs x 2 · 白醋 White vinegar x1 teaspoon 茶匙 · 鹽 Table Salt (適量 with a pinch) · 黑椒粉 Black Pepper

(適量 with a pinch )

簡易蒜蓉包 Quick & Easy Garlic Bread

· 蒜蓉 Garlic

· 無鹽牛油 Unsalted Butter


步驟 Steps

簡易蒜蓉包 Quick & Easy Garlic Bread

· Step 1 : 將無鹽牛油加入蒜蓉,加熱後塗匀麵包,再放入焗爐加熱

Mix & melt unsalted butter with garlic, brush over the bread


雲 蛋 Cloud Egg

· Step 1 : 將蛋白、蛋黃分開

Separate egg white and yolk into seperate bowl

· Step 2 : 在蛋白加一茶匙白醋、適量鹽、黑椒粉

Add 1 teaspon of white vinegar, a pinch of salt, peper to egg white

· Step 3 : 用打蛋器將蛋白打至厚身 (企身) ,需時約5分鐘

Beat egg white until stiff peaks form

· Step 4 : 在蛋白中間壓一個小洞

Make a small well on top

· Step 5 : 焗至蛋白形狀固定,將蛋黃置於小洞,再焗(烤)一下

Add egg yolk on to the small well when egg white is firm
