· Step 1 : 將蛋黃、蛋白分開
Separate egg whites & egg yolks in two seperate bowls
· Step 2 : 將鹽加入蛋黃、糖加入蛋白
Add salt to egg yolks, sugar to egg whites & mix well
· Step 3 : 手動攪拌1000次
Hand whisk for 1000 times
· Step 4 : 將蛋黃加入蛋白
Add egg yolks into egg whites until they are combined
· Step 5 : 牛油塗均平底鑊,蛋漿煎至金黃色並對摺
Melt butter evenly on frying pan, fold the omelette
