· 香蕉 Banana x 2(品種不拘)
· 中筋麵粉 All-purpose flour x 1/2 Cup 杯
· 水:中筋麵粉 | Water : All Purpose flour ( 比例 Ratio 2 : 1 )
· 無鹽牛油 Unsalted Butter x 1 teaspoon 茶匙
步驟 Steps
· Step 1:將麵粉麵粉過篩
Shift the flour
· Step 2:將水加入麵粉(水:麵粉比例 2 : 1)
Mix water with batter(Ratio 2 : 1 )
· Step 3:再加入牛油
Add butter to batter
· Step 4:除去香蕉皮,並切成喜愛之形狀, 並沾滿麵粉混合物
Peel and chop the bananas in coin size , dip banana bites into batter
· Step 5: 預熱滾油(約150-190度)
Preheat the oil till it reaches 150-190°C
*可自行選擇油炸,定油煎 You can decide whether pan fried or deep fried
Step 6 : 顏色轉深,就食得!
Deep-fry until they are golden brown and Pisang Goreng is ready to be served!
