· 厚切麵包 Thick Sliced Bread x2
· 蛋 Egg x2
· 杏仁 Almond ( 自選 optional )
· 藍莓 Blueberry ( 自選optional )
· 糖醬 Honey / Agave Syrup
步驟 Steps
· Step 1 : 將芋圓、番薯切成小片
Cut taro & potatoes into small cubes
· Step 2 : 將芋圓、番薯拿出蒸
Steam until they are soft
· Step 3 : 並分開地壓成泥狀
Smash taro & potatoes well
· Step 3.1 : 將其他材料分別倒入,並攪匀 *趁熱放
Mix well with other ingredients when they are still hot
· Step 4 : 於枱上撒少量太白粉,搓成條狀
Pour cornstarch on table, & shape dough into thin long log
· Step 5 : 切成小粒,約1-2厘米
Cut into 1 - 2 cm
· Step 6 : 開大火煮,水滾後放入鍋中,浮面後並撈起來
Add balls to boiling water, when taro and sweet potato balls float and they are ready !
